Maus Maus I - My father bleeds history Maus II - And here my troubles began Maus is the story of the author's father as he survived being a Jew in Nazi Germany. The Maus CD-ROM has the complete text of the two books. On most pages, you will also find the correspond audio recording of the interview of the father, as well as sketches and drafts. A half-dozen pages have home-videos of the author's visit to Poland, and about a dozen pages have commentary from the author. There is also a short video interview of the author. For those dedicated souls, there are the complete transcripts of the interviews with the author's father. Finally, there are other articles by the author, as well as the original, short version of the Maus comic. An excellent CD-ROM - my only complaint are the segments where the author speaks while slides are shown. The multimedia viewer used for the program isn't able to play audio and change slides well, and so the audio is chopped up beyond recognition.
